To serve, in the best way possible, and by individual approach all producers, related to cacao (chocolate factories, chocolatiers / confectioners in Bean to Bar sector, cacao processors and people, working with chocolate) by research and selection of old and aromatic varieties of cacao, with guarantee for quality and flavour, in order to ensure regular supply, required for the manufacture of the luxurious types of chocolate and development of innovations, like chocolate couvertures with rare origin.

OUR WISH

To preserve the largest biodiversity of fine cacao beans around the world through real transparency in order to provide “sustainable” cacao beans by participating in the presentation of old varieties of the pure Criollo variety and natural hybrids.

OUR EXPERTISE IN QUALITY OF CACAO BEANS FROM VENEZUELA

Assessment of the value of the cacao beans of each batch by comparing the reference indicators, provided by ISO standards, related to cacao, by complying to the most strict rules for sanitary safety and legislation, applicable in each country.

OUR ENGAGEMENT

Our engagement for rare origin: Transfer of skills and expertise (know-how) to the agricultural producers through our passion for cacao. Full range of extremely rare cacao varieties “grand cru”, from Porcelana, with its white beans, famous all over the world to the complex, tasty and authentic varieties, like Guasare, but also Sur del Lago Premium, Rio Caribe Superior and Caranero Superior.

To maintain the level of quality according to the highest level of the requirements and to protect the local biodiversity of all plant species, in their complete specifics and over the entire noble territory. To improve the ecological system through preservation of the environment on the slopes and in the skirts of the Andes.

QUALITY OF THE ENVIRONMENT: NO LOCAL CONTAMINATION

To monitor for the preservation of quality of land, climate, geographic area, height, fertility of the soils, to encourage biodiversity, to preserve the passage of migrating birds over the shadowy trees around and in the cacao trees gardens.

Marking, in order to be able to trace the quality from A to Z, to delivery of bags, which is performed through methods, ensuring the quality. To guarantee the delivery of certified cacao beans in compliance with our engagements and in direct communication with our producers.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT AND COMPANY LIABILITY

To respect and to make everybody else respect the human rights and the rights of the producers, the ban of slavery and child labour, fair payment to producers, establishment of traceability of the organization in villages, in order to ensure fair payment to the villagers and allow them to improve their recourses and to improve the quality of life of their families.
